Social Media Guidelines

FVOmail / Facebook / Twitter

FVOmail and social media should be used for items of interest to club members. Posts should keep to O-related matters, and athletic performances in other sports by FVO members.

Occasional posts of relevance or interest to FVO members and/or social media followers are also acceptable. Any photographs should be relevant to the story and used in an appropriate context.

FVOmail should not be used for commercial activities. Please note, that as FVO already organises a large number of events, items asking for help for non-FVO events are not appropriate.

Please note that posts to FVOmail are moderated, and will require approval from the secretary before release to the mailing list.
