When the going gets tough in Touch, the tough get going. Scott Fraser and Sarah Rollins won the middle distance races at Touch on Saturday, after strong showings through the latter stages of the course. The event proved to be a tough and technical season opener for the top class field, including most of the British squad as well as a number of top overseas runners.

Courses
There are 4 middle distance courses available: men’s open, women’s open, veteran men and veteran women, plus an orange course. The middle distance courses have been planned to a winning time of 30-35 minutes for the top competitors.
