Safety:

Please do not cross areas marked as out of bounds on the map: these include the mountain bike area and some areas fenced off by high fences - these are shown by black vertical lines on the map. The main road to Linlithgow is busy with fast traffic and is out of bounds for all courses - it is shown by pink crosses on the map. Beware of mountain bikers, as they are moving fast and some courses pass close to the mountain bike area. There are also large numbers of dogs in the woods, please take care. Take care of slippery terrain, roots, crags and river banks. If you are crossing a fence, please take care and report any damage to the organiser. Please be aware of the risk of Lyme disease and check for ticks after your run.

The Blue course crosses a minor road twice. There are no road marshalls - please take of moving vehicles when you are crossing.

All competitors must report to the finish even if retiring. Closes close at 2pm. Participants take part at their own risk.
