COME AND TRY IT!
No experience necessary – just come along on Wednesday evenings, anytime between 5.30pm & 7pm. Beginners and families welcome! All beginners under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Coaching available.
Entries

Courses
- Yellow course (easy, 2km) suitable for age 5+ (accompanied).
- Orange course (medium, 3km) suitable for beginners age 13+.
- Green course (difficult, 5+km) suitable for adults.

FINAL DETAILS
Come and help us beat the world record the most people orienteering on one day at Laighhills park in Dunblane. Meet by the play area in the park. Suggested parking is the Cathedral car park; walk 400m north alongside the river to get to the event.
Note that the event will actually be open for business from 5pm!
White (easy) - 1km around Laighhills
Yellow (easy) - 1.6km around Laighhills, on both sides of the railway
Orange (moderate) - 2.9km in the Laighhills and Barbush housing estate
Green (hard) - 4.9km in the Laighhills, Barbush, Holmehill and northern Dunblane
In addition to the four courses we will provide mirrored maze-O, offering the opportunity for some head-to-head racing!
Safety brief for all participants: Orange competitors will have to cross one road in the housing estate, take care. Green course competitors will also cross Perth Road. Parents are responsible for supervising their children or allowing them to take part on their own.
