A handful of FVO members have traveled to the South East for this weekend's British Sprint and Middle Championships.
Today's Sprint Race was contended on the campus of Sussex and Brighton Universities where competitors were faced with a complex set of buildings on slopes.
Our Club Captain, Jon Cross, had a particularly good run to take 2nd place in the M40 race.
