JK Results

by David Nicol — 24th April 2011.

A large contingent of FVO members travelled to Northern Ireland for the JK. Fiona Berrow has had a stunning weekend: 3rd in the W21 sprints on Friday, 1st on Day 2 (Sat) and 1st on Day 3 (Sunday) - and thus first overall for Sat/Sun combined.

Roger Goddard and Maureen Brown have also both had good weekends. Roger was 2nd in Friday'a sprints in the M35 class, and also took 2nd place on both Sat and Sun, leading to an overall 2nd place for Sat/Sun combined.

In the W60 class, Maureen was 4th on Saturday and 2nd on Sunday leading to 2nd place overall for Sat/Sun combined.

Good results too for our juniors: Peter Molloy (M10) was 1st for Sat/Sun combined, Jessica Mather was 2nd both Sat and Sun (and 3rd combined), while Clare Stansfield was 3rd in the W12 sprints
