There appear to be a couple of tools of the Routegadget format, but slightly simpler in that they only take account of tracks and not time to controls (in the way that Routegadget does).
One of these is webroute and Martin has uploaded his tracks from Polmaise. Another is the digital orienteering map archive
Subject to positive feedback, we can look to putting one of these tools for use on the FVO website.
