The JK Sprint competition took place in the sunshine on Easter Friday at Swansea University, with over 2000 competitors from all over the UK and beyond taking part.

Forth Valley were well represented and there were strong performances from Lizzie Stansfield and Grace Molloy to win their classes - W12 and W14 respectively.

The courses required an adaptable orienteer, with some testing controls in the complex university buildings, a section of interesting routes in some ornamental gardens and an opportunity for fast running in Singleton Park.

There were also top three positions for Peter Molloy in the M12 category and Roger Goddard in M40. An honourable mention too for Jamie Goddard, missing out on 3rd in M10 by just one second.
