Wednesday nights are FVO Club Night!

Now that the holidays are over and to bridge the gap from the WEEs finishing and the Night O' starting in mid November we are putting together a series of activities on Wednesday evenings.

The activities are designed to be suitable for all our members, so read on.

There is going to be lamp-post orienteering, map "geeking" for the CompassSport Cup Final, terrain runs, O' training, course planning workshop and more....

We kick off on Wednesday 7th September with a run (or walk) in the terrain from Aberfoyle. Meet in the main car-park in Aberfoyle ready to run at 6.30pm. All abilities welcome! We will go to the Forth Inn for food after the run; if you are planning to stay for food, please email Trevor.

The full programme of activities to entertain and delight you is below. If anyone would like to offer to host a "Soup Run" or organise a group run from a pub for an "inbetween" week, that would be most welcome, please tell Louise.

Any questions/comments gratefully received.
