2019 AGM report

Trevor Hoey was returned as President for a fourth consecutive term at the Forth Valley Orienteers Annual General Meeting in Cambusbarron, as the standing committee was returned for election unopposed. However, a number of key members, including President Hoey, treasurer Dawn Goddard, and Permissions & Safeguarding Officer Hazel Dean, have indicated this will be their final period of office, and intend to stand down at the next AGM.

Third Term for Trevor - FVO AGM 2018

Trevor Hoey was returned as President for a third consecutive term at the Forth Valley Orienteers Annual General Meeting in Ashfield. Vice President Ross McLennan and secretary Louise Longhurst stood down from the committee after many years of service, and were replaced by Brad Connor and Andy Llewellyn.

Beecraigs WEE and BBQ

What could be better on a warm summer evening after you have blitzed round your course at a WEE than a sizzling barbecue!! I can’t guarantee either the first or second (although here’s hoping) but I can guarantee the third. The FVO summer barbecue will be fired up at Beecraigs next Wednesday evening so do come along, any time after 5.30pm at the purpose-built barbecue pit.
