Coaching/training options with guest coach Coni Mueller:

1. Newcomer welcome session (includes yellow map) - aimed at complete newcomers including those who are not club members (yet!). Strongly recommended if you have not done much orienteering before. Approx. 30 minutes session before starting course and a debrief after.

2. Intermediate TD3/4 training session (includes green map) - for FVO members only

3. Advanced TD5 training session (includes green map) - for FVO members only

NB Start times may be adjusted to allow time for the training sessions. Please check this webpage for final start times which will be posted here on 11th Oct. Please contact the organiser before then if you have specific time constraints.
