Short sprint style courses around the houses in Bo'ness just in time for some last minute practice before the British Sprint Championships. The course numbers should be similar length to the same course at the British Champs (there is no course 1 - so enter course 2).
Sprint courses don't usually follow the usual colour coding but colours are included on the entry page as a guide for people who are new to sprint and have been running our local events.
The yellow and orange courses have no road crossings. The other courses do cross some very quiet cul-de-sacs but are still suitable for older juniors.
