Our congratulations to Nick Barrable, who added the British Night Champion title to his British Sprint title. The darkness proved little hindrance as he covered 10.5km over the mixed heathland and woodland - at Hawley and Hornley Commons near Sandhurst - in 63 minutes to win by the smallest of margins - two seconds.

Three other FVO runners: Mark Thomson was 2nd on M40S; whilst Jon Cross was 5th on M35L and Stuart Thomson also 5th on M16.
